Can I return my book?

Invitation will accept book returns within 60 days of purchase, with the exception of promotions that specifically state “no refunds or returns.”

Book returns must be in resalable condition and will be accepted only if they are free of breakage and/or tears. (e.g. membership card and all vouchers must still be intact)

Refunds are given in the amount of the purchase price, including shipping and handling. If returning a book, please include your name, address and the reason for your return.

Important! You must include your membership card with your return in order to ensure that your account will be credited. Once your return has been confirmed, a full refund will be credited to your credit card account and will be processed no later than 10 business days. However, it may take more than one billing cycle for your return credit to appear on your statement. If payment was made by cheque then a cheque will be posted to you within 10 working days.
